The information and reports generated by our platform are intended to support healthcare providers in their clinical decision-making. Certain features of our services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid services. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by N1 Research, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, N1 Research, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
