A page counts toward your allowance when you confirm that n1 should begin extracting information from it. Uploading a file by itself does not consume pages. Before processing starts, n1 shows the detected page count so you can review the expected usage, remove an unnecessary file, or choose a different record before committing your allowance.
What counts as a generated report?
One report is counted when n1 generates a new full or focused report from the selected patient information and instructions. Opening, reading, editing, approving, or sharing an existing report does not count as another generation. Creating a separate report with a new scope or purpose does use another report from the applicable allowance.
Are allowances shared across my patients?
Yes. The processed-page and generated-report allowances belong to the clinician account and can be used across any of that clinician’s patient workspaces. You are not charged according to the number of patients stored in the account. Usage depends on the pages you choose to process and the new reports you generate during the applicable billing period.
Can multiple doctors use one plan?
The self-service plans shown on this page are intended for one clinician account and should not be used as shared login credentials. Practices, departments, and larger teams may need separate user access, permissions, administration, and governance controls. If more than one clinician needs to work in n1, contact us about an enterprise setup sized for your organization.
Is white-label branding included?
White-label branding is a paid add-on. It applies your organization’s name, colors, and identity to approved patient-facing reports and the patient experience. Activate it from your account and complete the guided branding setup.
Can I try n1 before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. The free trial includes up to 50 processed pages and one generated report, and no payment card is required. Use the trial to process records, inspect source-linked results, and complete the report workflow before choosing a paid plan.
Are the displayed prices and terms final?
Yes. The prices, monthly page and report allowances, and overage rates shown on this page are the clinician plan terms. Taxes are calculated where applicable. Enterprise pricing is quoted separately because it is based on organization size, volume, integrations, and governance requirements.
