Pricing FAQ

Questions about patient pricing.

Ask us another question →
Can I try n1 before choosing a plan?

Yes. The free trial includes up to 50 processed pages and one generated report, with no payment card required. Use it to process records, inspect source-linked information, and create a report before selecting a paid plan.

What counts as a processed page?

A page counts toward your allowance when you confirm that n1 should begin extracting information from it. Uploading a health file by itself does not consume pages. n1 shows the detected page count before processing begins, giving you an opportunity to review the expected usage or remove files you do not want processed.

What counts as a generated report?

One report is counted when n1 generates a new full or focused report using the records and instructions you selected. Opening, reading, or sharing a report that has already been generated does not use another report. Creating a separate report for a different purpose, audience, or record selection counts as a new generation.

Do I pay for work my doctor does?

No. Your patient-plan allowance is separate from the allowance attached to a clinician’s account. Pages processed and reports generated by your doctor through their own clinician workspace are counted against their plan, not yours. Work you initiate from your personal account uses your own allowance.

Does the number of doctors I see affect my price?

No. Patient pricing is based on the pages you choose to process and the new reports you generate, not on the number of doctors or specialists involved in your care. Sharing an existing report with another appropriate recipient does not by itself create a new report charge.

Which plan should I choose?

Start by estimating how many pages of health records you expect n1 to process, including older records you may add during initial setup. Then consider how often you expect to create a new full or focused report, rather than simply reopen an existing one. A lighter plan may suit occasional updates, while a larger allowance may fit an extensive history or regular reporting. If you are unsure, we can help estimate your likely usage.

Are the displayed prices and terms final?

Yes. The prices and monthly page and report allowances shown on this page are the patient plan terms. Taxes are calculated where applicable. You can review the billing period, renewal terms, and plan-change or cancellation controls when selecting your subscription.
